Questions Worth Asking
Most full-featured massage chairs require a few feet of clearance behind and to the sides to recline fully and function as intended — many models use a space-saving recline mechanism that minimises the footprint needed against a wall. We recommend reviewing the dimensions listed on each product page before purchasing so the chair integrates naturally into your space.
Key considerations include the track type — S-track or L-track — which determines how far the massage extends along your body, as well as the number of airbags, intensity settings, and whether the chair includes heat support for the lower back. The right chair is one that matches both your body type and the kind of daily use you have in mind.
Most massage chairs arrive partially assembled and require the customer to attach the armrests and base components using the included hardware and instructions — the process is straightforward and designed to be completed at home. If you have any questions during setup, our team is available to assist you.
We offer free shipping on most orders within the Continental U.S. (excludes AK/HI), and all massage chairs are covered by our 30-Day Return Policy. Please refer to our Return Policy page for full details on the return process and applicable conditions.
About Our Massage Chairs
A premium massage chair is one of the most considered investments you can make in your home wellness space. Designed to support comfort, rest, and physical recovery at the end of a long day, these chairs bring a level of care and intentionality to your living environment that few pieces of furniture can match. The best models are built around the natural curve of the spine — using track systems that follow the body's contours from the neck through the lower back — and incorporate layered air compression, adjustable intensity, and optional heat to create a genuinely restorative experience. When choosing a massage chair, it is worth thinking about how the chair will integrate into your space architecturally, whether the recline mechanism suits your room's layout, and how the chair's programmes and settings align with how you plan to use it daily. A well-chosen massage chair is not a luxury addition — it is a purposeful one, built to serve you for years.
